Main structures of HCS90 Type Cone Crusher:
HCS90 Type Cone Crusher have four kinds of crushing cavities : A type for the medium crushing ,B type for the medium and fine crushing, C type for the fine crushing and D for the super thin crushing. And our customers can choose according to the requirement. Main structures of the HCS90 Type Cone Crusher are including feeding hopper, upframe, flexible cone ,frame seat ,discharge hopper ,transmitting shaft , triangle belt, motor and the auxiliary equipment is including the hydraulic lubrication plant and the electric control cabinet ,etc.
Working principle of HCS90 Type Cone Crusher:
Driven by the electric-motor, the eccentric shaft bush will rotate with the triangle belt, transmission shaft .Driven by the eccentric shaft bush, the flexible cone will make the swing movement, which makes the fixed and flexible cone close or leave with each other from time to time .And then the materials will be crushed by continuously compacting, striking, and crooking in the circle crushing cavity. After several times’ repeating, the materials will be crushed to the required size and then they will be discharged by the discharging opening.
